PSI O6T Donating Members 440 Member For: 12y 8m 5d Gender: Male Location: sydney Posted 09/09/13 02:08 PM Author Share Posted 09/09/13 02:08 PM (edited) ok tune time, found out real quick I had put the incorrect plugs in the car , I gave it a service when I first got it and the ngk's have a plug gap of 1.1mm , so out the come and put a set of 0.8 plugs in from ford.got the horrid valve spring flutter at around 15psi and boost was a little uncontrollable ,wasn't going for a power tune just needed it so I could drive it around until I do the springs and actuator.bought a turbosmart 12lb actuator as well .we also decided to tune the car on e85 when the work is done, I have a united servo right next to me so its real convenient on re-fuels. we also wont have to smash as much boost through the engine to make power so it might hold together a bit longer one would hope,lolalso whacked in a set of 80lb dekas , and have a 400lt pump on order,hoping to fit this week.
