drove it round for a couple of weeks on the standard tune on light throttle not trying to come on boost much and gave chris from RAPIDSTSTEMS a call.

he supplied and installed his v3 kit for me and a 4" air intake, and relocated the battery to the other side.

ok tune time, found out real quick I had put the incorrect plugs in the car , I gave it a service when I first got it and the ngk's have a plug gap of 1.1mm , so out the come and put a set of 0.8 plugs in from ford.

got the horrid valve spring flutter at around 15psi and boost was a little uncontrollable ,wasn't going for a power tune just needed it so I could drive it around until I do the springs and actuator.

bought a turbosmart 12lb actuator as well .

we also decided to tune the car on e85 when the work is done, I have a united servo right next to me so its real convenient on re-fuels. we also wont have to smash as much boost through the engine to make power so it might hold together a bit longer one would hope, lol

also whacked in a set of 80lb dekas , and have a 400lt pump on order, hoping to fit this week.

Doing alright must say I like the wheels suits the car well.

Wollongong church groups must be doing alright or just have good taste.
